Jillian is a front desk staff member who loves helping our patients and team in any way she can: she believes our patients choose us because of the one-on-one experience they get here. She loves learning random facts about a variety of topics, and outside of the office, her passion is agriculture.
Kristi has been our dedicated office manager for over a decade. She believes in going above and beyond for our patients and always treats them like family. Originally from Ohio, Kristi now lives in Cleveland with her husband and three children, and in her free time enjoys reading and dancing.
Laura is an ophthalmologist technician who believes strongly that the tests and technology our doctors use allow them to be more thorough than most eye doctors. She’s proud to work in a place where everyone helps each other out and genuinely cares about one another. She grew up in Cartersville and Adairsville, and then lived in San Diego for a couple of years before moving back to Cleveland in late 2021.
Courtney is a certified optometric technician and certified paraoptometric assistant who’s helped patients here for over five years. She loves getting to know or catching up with our patients, and managing dry eye disease. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and visiting wineries.
Emily is a paraoptometric technician who loves that everyone at our office is always willing to lend a hand to help every single patient. She lives in Cornelia with her husband and enjoys camping, crafting, traveling, and chicken nuggets when not at work.
Alysia has been a certified paraoptometric technician with us for over four years. She particularly enjoys performing specialized testing on patients, including optical coherence tomography (OCT). When she’s away from the office, she likes to make jewelry, draw, and paint, and is currently learning leather craft.
Callie joined us as an optician in 2016, and remains as motivated as ever to assist patients and their vision in any way she can. When she’s not helping out here, she loves spending time with her family and friends, shopping, taking her dogs outdoors, and enjoying the North Georgia Mountain views.
